(a) The County Sheriff, when required to provide criminal background checks and/or fingerprinting for any person, business, firm, agency or governmental body, shall charge the following fees:

(b) BCI Web Check Fees.
Electronic transmission service | $15.00 |
BCI processing fee | $33.00 |
FBI processing fee | $33.00 |
(c) Sex Offender Registration Fee. The Summit County Sheriff shall follow the fee schedule and rules set by the Ohio Revised Code, Section 311.171, as amended, for Sex Offender Registration costs.
The Sex Offender Registration Fees shall be as follows:
Annual registration under ORC 2950.04 or 2950.041 | $25.00 |
Registration of a new residence address under ORC 2950.05 | $25.00 |
Registration to verify a current residence address under ORC 2950.06 | $25.00 |
