505.31 STATE LAW SHALL APPLY AND BE ENFORCED CONCERNING DANGEROUS WILD ANIMALS AND RESTRICTED SNAKES.

Chapter 935 and Section 1533.71 of the Ohio Revised Code, as amended, and any related rules and regulations issued by the Director of the Ohio Department of Agriculture shall apply to dangerous wild animals and restricted snakes located in Summit County and the owners, keepers or harborers of the same.
