105.03 CONTRACTS, PURCHASES AND PUBLIC ASSESSMENTS.

Procedures and requirements for contracts and purchases shall be made in conformity with State laws applicable to noncharter counties and shall be performed by the County Executive until established by the County Council. Public assessments shall be made in conformity with State law applicable to noncharter counties.
