379.49 VIOLATION AS EVIDENCE OF NEGLIGENCE.
   Violation of any section of this chapter involving the actual operation of any watercraft, which results in injury to persons or damage to property, shall constitute prima-facie evidence of negligence in a civil action. Violations of Sections 379.04(b) and (c) shall constitute prima-facie evidence of the negligence of such parent, guardian, supervising person or watercraft owner in a civil action, and the liability resulting from injury to persons or damage to property shall be imputed to such parent, guardian, supervising person or watercraft owner.
