Any law enforcement officer within his respective jurisdiction may enforce any provision of this chpater, and shall have authority to direct, control and regulate the operation of any watercraft found upon the waters within the County in order to comply with the provisions hereof, for the safety and welfare of the public, and in the exercise thereof shall have the authority to stop and board any watercraft subject to the terms of this chapter.
