379.41 WILLFULLY FLEEING AND ELUDING.

(a) No person shall operate any watercraft so as to willfully elude or flee any law enforcement officer after receiving a visible or audible signal from a law enforcement officer to bring such watercraft to a stop.

(b) No person operating any watercraft shall fail to comply with any lawful order or direction of any law enforcement officer invested with authority to direct, control or regulate the operation of such watercraft.
