(a) No person shall operate any powercraft upon the waters within the Portage Lakes propelled by a motor or combination of motors having a total of more than four hundred (400) horsepower.
(b) No person shall operate any powercraft upon other waters within the County propelled by a motor or combination of motors having a total of more than one hundred twenty-five (125) horsepower, except where allowed by regulation of the proper park authority or ordinance of a municipality having jurisdiction over such waters.
(c) No person shall operate any canoe upon the waters within the County propelled by a motor or combination of motors having a total of more than four (4) horsepower.
