(a) No person shall operate or give permission for the operation of any watercraft upon waters within the County unless such watercraft is registered and numbered in accordance with Ohio R.C. Chapter 1547.
(b) No person shall operate or give permission for the operation of any watercraft upon waters within the County unless such watercraft has a capacity plate firmly attached to such watercraft in accordance with Ohio R.C. Chapter 1547.
(c) No person shall operate any watercraft upon waters within the County loaded with persons, goods or both, beyond that indicated by the capacity plate.
