379.24 WATERCRAFT TRESPASS.
   (a)   No person shall knowingly enter into or upon any watercraft, other than a canoe or rowboat, without the consent of the owner or a person authorized to give consent.
   (b)   No person shall knowingly enter into or upon any canoe or rowboat without the consent of the owner or a person authorized to give consent.
   (c)   This section does not apply to entering into or upon a watercraft where the actor is required to cross such watercraft in order to enter into his own watercraft properly tied up along side the other watercraft.
   (d)   The following are affirmative defenses to a charge under this section:
      (1)   At the time of the alleged offense, the actor, though mistaken, reasonably believed that he was authorized to enter into or upon the watercraft.
      (2)   At the time of the alleged offense, the actor reasonably believed that the owner or person empowered to give consent would authorize the actor to enter into or upon the watercraft.
