379.20 CONSUMING ALCOHOL IN SPEED OR SKI BOAT.

(a) No person shall consume any beer or intoxicating liquor in a watercraft that is engaged in pulling any person upon skis, aquaplane or other similar device or any barefoot skier.

(b) No person shall consume any beer or intoxicating liquor in a watercraft that is exceeding the ten (10) or six (6) miles per hour speed limit, whichever is applicable.
