103.01 OFFICIAL FLAG.

An official flag of the County of Summit is hereby adopted which shall be of the following description and design: the flag shall consist of a blue outlined rectangular white banner bearing at the center of the field the County seal, in gold, with the words "County of Summit" in blue. Below the seal, the words "Ohio's First Charter County" shall appear in blue script.
