131.04 CONVEYANCE OR TRANSFER OF REAL PROPERTY.

The Commission shall not convey or transfer any real property conveyed to the Commission by the City without the prior written consent of City Council; provided that the Commission may encumber any of its real property to secure payment of any indebtedness of the Commission.
