(a) The provisions of the 9-1-1 Mapping and Addressing of the Nicholas County Commission dated July 17th, 2002 including the penalties for non-compliance, hereby apply within the City of Summersville of Nicholas County, as if set forth herein, except as set forth in subsection (b) below, and Sections 911.05 and 911.06.
(b) Nothing in this article affects existing City-type addresses, which are satisfactory for 9-1-1 and emergency services purposes, provided that those addresses, which are satisfactory for 9-1-1 Addressing and Mapping Projects and otherwise comply with the Rules and Regulations of the West Virginia Statewide Addressing and Mapping Board.
