§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   Any person or persons violating § 92.01 or causing or helping others to violate it shall commit an offense under § 92.01 as a misdemeanor of the third degree if the intent of the actor is to cause substantial harm or serious inconvenience, or if he or she persists in disorderly conduct after reasonable warning to request or desist. A conviction for a misdemeanor in the third degree includes from six months to one year in prison, and a fine of up to $2,500. Otherwise, disorderly conduct shall be considered a summary offence, punishable by a maximum penalty of 90 days in jail and a fine of not more than $300.
