§ 92.01 DISORDERLY CONDUCT.
   (A)   Definition. For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      DISORDERLY CONDUCT. Any act, word, or conduct whereby there is made or caused to be made any loud, boisterous, and unseemly noise or disturbance to the annoyance of the peaceable residents nearby or near to any public highway, road, street, lane, alley, park, square, or common, whereby the public peace is broken or disturbed or the traveling public annoyed.
   (B)   Disorderly conduct prohibited. All the foregoing offenses coming within the definition of said disorderly conduct are hereby declared to be unlawful.
