§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any provision of §§ 90.01 to 90.07 shall be, upon conviction thereof, sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
   (C)   Any dog found running at large contrary to provisions of § 90.08 is hereby declared a public nuisance, and the police or such other person as the Council may appoint for that purpose shall call the dog warden to remove. Persons shall receive from the borough a fee of $150 for removal of each dog.
   (D)   Any person, firm, or corporation who or which shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 90.20 to 90.24 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $100 and costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment for not more than 30 days.
   (E)   Any person who shall willfully suffer his or her horse, mare, gelding, mule, hog, cow, goat, or goose to run at large within the borough shall, for each offense, upon conviction thereof, forfeit and pay for each of the said animals or fowl so running at large the sum of $10 to $100, and every of the above mentioned animals or fowl so running at large shall be considered as a public and common nuisance, and it shall be the duty of the High Constable or police officer to seize and take into custody and impound every of the said animals so found running at large; and if, after four days’ public notice, no person, shall come forward, claim the same and pay the fine, and all costs and charges attending the seizing and keeping of the same, every such animal shall be sold at public sale by the High Constable or any police officer, and after retaining all reasonable costs and expenses, he or she shall pay the balance, if any, to the Treasurer for the use of the city.
