2.4: Invalid purchases
The Town may consider as void, any purchase or contract made on behalf of the Town which is contrary to the provisions of Town Ordinance Chapter 37 or this policy. The employee making such purchase transactions will be considered for disciplinary action by their department manager or the Town Administrator as appropriate.
