§ 132.19 SCATTERING OR SPILLING MATERIAL ON STREETS.

Any person who shall scatter or spill, or shall permit any car, wagon or truck which he or she is driving, or of which he or she has charge, to scatter or spill material of any kind on any street or road of the town shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
