§ 132.18 POSTING, ADVERTISING, SIGNS OR WRITING ON PUBLIC OR PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   No person shall post, placard, attach or in any manner place any poster, bill, placard, sign or other advertising device or stamp, print or mark any writing upon land, buildings, structure or property of any kind within the town, for any purpose whatsoever, without the consent of the owner of such land, buildings, structure or other property, or of the public authority in charge of the same.
