§ 132.01 ADOPTION OF STATE CRIMINAL CODE.
   All acts or conduct violating the common law and the statutory law of the state, as set forth in the Code of Laws of South Carolina, which occur within the territorial jurisdiction of the town and the punishment of which is within the jurisdiction of the Municipal Court, are hereby declared unlawful.
