§ 50.05 PERMIT REQUIRED TO EXTEND SERVICE TO BE ON ANNUAL BASIS; CONTRACTING PARTY TO ADVISE TOWN COUNCIL OF CORRECT ADDRESS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to extend service pipes attached to mains of the public water supply on any premises within the town without first obtaining permission therefor in writing from the town. Before any worker or plumber shall perform any work connected with the extension of such, written permission for such extension shall be obtained from the Water Department Manager.
