§ 152.04 SPECIFICATIONS; SUPERVISION.

All work performed on any village streets, roads, or road rights-of-way pursuant to a permit, shall be done in accordance with plans and specifications furnished by the Director of Public Works, specifically those pertaining to N.C.D.O.T. Subdivision Roads, and all such work shall be under his or her supervision.
