The preliminary plat shall be accompanied by a written statement that any required soil erosion and sedimentation control plan has been submitted to and approved by the state or local agency having jurisdiction in accordance with the rules and regulations for erosion and sediment control as adopted by the state’s Sedimentation Commission, and as amended.
