Pursuant to G.S. § 160D-803, no final plat of a subdivision within the jurisdiction of the village as established in § 151.004 shall be recorded by the County Register of Deeds until it has been approved by the Village Council as provided herein. To secure such approval of a final plat, the subdivider shall follow the procedures established in this subchapter.
