§ 151.040 PLAT SHALL BE REQUIRED ON ANY SUBDIVISION OF LAND.
   Pursuant to G.S. § 160D-804, a final plat shall be prepared, approved, and recorded pursuant to the provisions of this chapter whenever any subdivision of land takes place.
