§ 150.22 NOTICE OF VIOLATION.
   If a determination is made that a violation of this chapter exists, the Village Manager shall notify, in writing, the owner of the property on which the sign is erected and the person or entity who owns the sign (if different than the property owner). Said written notice shall inform the appropriate owner of the conditions constituting said violation and shall order the prompt conformance thereof within seven days from the receipt of such written notice for permanent signs (notice shall be sent by means of certified mail) and 24 hours for temporary signs (notice shall be hand delivered).
