§ 150.19 SIGN PERMIT.
   All signs erected within the village limits with the exception of single-family residential signs, short-term signs, and temporary signs require a sign permit. Sign permits shall be issued by the Village Manager or his or her designee for signs in compliance. If a sign permit is denied, the decision may be appealed to the Village Board of Adjustment by submitting notice of appeal within 30 days after the decision.
