§ 150.17 OBSOLETE OR ABANDONED SIGNS.
   (A)   Signs or parts of signs which advertise or pertain to a multi-family complex, business, product, service, commodity, or purpose which no longer exists or that has not been in use for 90 days or more shall be deemed to be an abandoned sign. Signs which are associated with seasonal business such as ski shops and the like shall not be considered obsolete or abandoned provided there is clear intent to continue the business in the upcoming season.
   (B)   Obsolete or abandoned signs are prohibited and shall be removed by the owner or his or her agent within 30 days of termination of the business.
