§ 150.14 LIGHTING.
   (A)   No sign, window, or building exterior shall contain any moving, flashing, blinking, intermittent changing intensity, neon, animated lights, or any visible moving parts.
   (B)   No sign shall have lighting from within the interior of the sign.
   (C)   If illuminated, signs shall be illuminated by a white or amber light of reasonable intensity, shielded and directed solely at the sign, and shall not impair driver vision on a roadway.
   (D)   No property owner shall use strobe or flashing lights.
   (E)   No colored lights shall be allowed to illuminate any property. All lights shall be clear white light in nature and character.
