§ 150.12 SEMI-TEMPORARY SIGNS OR CONSTRUCTION SIGNS.
   (A)   Signs used prior to and during construction to identity contractor and/or developer and a building permit sign shall be considered semi-temporary or construction. Only one such sign per contractor and/or developer displayed during the duration of the project shall be allowed.
   (B)   The sign setting forth the lot number at each construction site shall contain letters and numerals not less than three inches in height.
   (C)   No semi-temporary signs may be placed on trees, rocks, or other natural objects.
   (D)   All semi-temporary signs on a residential and multi-family complex site must be placed together with no one sign larger than four square feet, with total combined square footage of all signs being not more than 16 square feet.
   (E)   A semi-temporary sign may be erected on a commercial site, not to exceed 32 square feet per face. Only one sign may be erected per project, with a maximum of two faces.
   (F)   Semi-temporary signs require a permit and shall be valid for six months from the date of issuance and are renewable.
