§ 150.08 MULTI-FAMILY COMPLEX SIGNS.
   (A)   Each multi-family complex shall display one identification sign no smaller than four square feet and no larger than 20 square feet. The sign shall be visible from the road. Each multi-family complex may display one additional sign for each additional entrance abutting a public street.
   (B)   Signs shall not exceed six feet in height measured from the adjacent natural grade to the uppermost point of the sign or sign structure.
   (C)   The street address of each building and dwelling unit must be displayed as required by the State Building Code.
   (D)   All multi-family complex identification signs shall be located on-premises.
   (E)   Subdivisions may have identification signs under the same provisions set forth for multi-family complexes.
