No license shall be issued hereunder unless the applicant shall file with the application a certificate by an insurance company authorized to do business in the state, certifying that the applicant has in force and effect the insurance required by statute and any applicable portion of the Village's general insurance guidelines, as adopted by resolution of the Village Board and amended from time to time. The evidence of the insurance policy shall indicate that the term of the insurance is of sufficient length to encompass the period of the license sought and shall specifically designate the village of Sugar Grove as additional insured.
