A. Outdoor lighting shall be fully shielded and aimed downward. Light shall not be emitted above ninety degrees (90°).
B. Outdoor lighting shall maintain a CCT not to exceed three thousand five hundred (3500) K. Color temperature shall be "warm white". Color temperatures in the "cool white" to "blue" hues are expressly prohibited.
C. Light trespass beyond property lines shall be prohibited.
D. All luminaires and component parts shall be maintained in a safe, working condition. Any broken luminaire or component part shall be repaired, replaced or removed immediately upon discovery of the condition. (Ord. 2017-12-05, 12-5-2017; amd. Ord. 2018-03-20C, 3-20-2018)
