A. Chairman, Planning Commission: The chairman of the planning commission shall serve for the term of his/her appointed office as chairman of the planning commission or until his/her successor shall have been appointed and qualified. Said chairman shall be appointed for an initial term of thirty six (36) months. The successor shall be appointed to serve for a term of five (5) years.
B. Membership And Term: The remaining members shall consist of six (6) members to serve respectively for the following terms: one for one year, one for two (2) years, one for four (4) years, one for five (5) years, one for six (6) years, and one for seven (7) years, the successor to each member so appointed to serve for a term of five (5) years. C. Compensation: Members shall receive a twenty five dollar ($25.00) stipend for each meeting regular, adjourned and special up to a maximum of two (2) meetings per month. (Ord. 2004-05-18A, 5-18-2004)
