In accordance with the authorization and provisions contained in 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-12-4 et seq., there is hereby created a planning commission. In accordance with the authorization and provisions contained in 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-13-3 et seq., there is hereby created a zoning board of appeals. The members of the zoning board of appeals shall be the same members appointed to the planning commission and shall have all the duties and responsibilities of the zoning board of appeals and the planning commission.
