The remedies and penalties provided in this chapter shall not be exclusive of any other remedy. The use of one remedy or penalty shall not preclude the village from using other remedies or penalties. In addition to the remedies and penalties contained in this chapter, the village shall be entitled to employ any other remedy provided by law or equity. Furthermore, the village shall have the right to prosecute any and every such remedy, contemporaneously or otherwise. (Ord. 577, 3-22-1993)
