The installation of plumbing fixtures and trim in new construction and/or replacement of plumbing fixtures and trim in existing construction shall comply with the following standards of water use:

All air conditioning systems must be closed system type.
All lavatories for public use in new construction or remodeling must be equipped with metering or self-closing faucets.
All newly constructed or remodeled carwash installations must be equipped with a water recycling system. (Ord. 577, 3-22-1993)
