8-1-14: RIGHT TO RESTRICT USAGE:
The right is reserved to restrict or suspend the usage of water whenever, in the opinion of the president and board of trustees, public exigencies require it for the protection of the health and welfare of the village. (Ord. 577, 3-22-1993)
