The committee shall be appointed and meet on an as needed basis when required to meet. When appointed the committee shall be comprised of nine (9) members. Six (6) members shall be appointed by the president subject to the advice and consent of the board of trustees as provided in this code and three (3) shall be appointed by the governing board of the Prestbury Citizens' Association.
