A. Prohibited: It shall be unlawful for any person or organization to sell or give away, consume or possess any alcoholic liquor in any village park or to remain within the park while drunk or in an intoxicated condition.
B. Exception: Any person or organization seeking permission to possess, sell or otherwise distribute liquor within any village park must apply for a permit as provided by this code 1 with the village liquor commissioner. In no event shall any person remain in a village park while in an intoxicated condition. (Ord. 329A, 10-10-1983)
