No permit to excavate or tunnel in or under the streets of the Village shall be issued unless and until the applicant therefor has paid to the Village Clerk a permit fee of ten dollars ($10.00) to open up a street and ten dollars ($10.00) to open up a parkway. (Ord. 380, 3-9-1987)
