5-7-16: RESPONSIBILITY FOR EMPLOYEES' ACTS:
The owners of a towing firm car participating in towing assignments by the police department shall be responsible for the acts of their employees while on duty. Towing companies shall be responsible for damage to vehicles while in their possession (acts of God excepted). (Ord. 2009-11-03, 11-3-2009)
