It is unlawful for any person to knowingly present false or fraudulent information or documentation to a law enforcement officer engaged in the investigation of an alleged violation of this chapter or to otherwise falsely indicate participation in an activity described in subsection 5-3-1B of this chapter. Such activity represents a separate and distinct unlawful act from any violation of section 5-3-1 of this chapter. (Ord. 2006-06-20A, 6-20-2006)
