5-2-8-2: POSTING BILLS:

It shall be unlawful to post any bills or advertisements on any public property without the authority of the Village Board and it shall be unlawful to post any bill or advertisement on any property without the written consent of the owner thereof. (Ord. 12, 10-15-1957)
