5-2-7-5: POSSESSION OF CANNABIS:
Except as otherwise provided in the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act, 410 ILCS 705/, and the Industrial Hemp Act, 505 ILCS 89/, it is unlawful for any person knowingly to possess cannabis. (Ord. 615, 3-6-1995; amd. Ord. 2020-03-03PD, 3-3-2020)
