5-2-2-20: AIDING VIOLATION OF AN ORDINANCE:
Any person who shall aid, abet, assist, consult, advise or encourage any person to violate any ordinance or portion of an ordinance of the Village shall be guilty of the same offense as principal and shall be subject to the same penalty as if he had committed the offense personally. (Ord. 453, 7-8-1985)
