It shall be unlawful for any mendicant or vagrant to frequent any depot, store, theater, street, alley, sidewalk, park or other public place or any place frequented by the public in the Village after being told to leave. Any person found sleeping in any such place, or begging, and who has no established domicile or residence, shall be charged with trespassing as provided under Section 5-2-4-1 of this Chapter.
