5-1-7: DISCHARGE AND SUSPENSION FROM DEPARTMENT:

All decisions regarding removal, suspension or discharge from the department of any person governed by the provisions of the board of police commissioners shall be governed by the provisions of 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/10-2.1-1 et seq., including, but not limited to, 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/10-2.1-17 and 18.
