A. Disposal Company: The disposal company is responsible for cleaning up only that garbage and rubbish which is scattered in the process of transporting the material to his truck.
B. Customer: It is the sole responsibility of the customer to clean up any garbage or rubbish which is strewn about by wind, the ravages of animals such as dogs or by similar means. (Ord. 484, 6-11-1990)
