The following are declared to be nuisances:
A. The storing of junk, trash and refuse on private property or on a street or highway within the village where such storage is not otherwise authorized by the village;
B. The storage of any junk vehicle on public or private property or on a street or highway, except when housed in a fully enclosed building and not visible from any point outside said building where such storage is not otherwise authorized by the village; and
C. The storage of any partially dismantled junk vehicle on public or private property or on a street or highway, except when housed in a fully enclosed building and not visible from any point outside said building, where such storage is not otherwise authorized by the village.
